We're very proud to announce that we're teaming up with Harvey Nichols in Birmingham for a one-night kitchen take-over. On Thursday 3rd May the Butchers Social Chef Director Mike Bullard will be working his magic with a unique and exciting menu and turning the luxurious restaurant at Harvey Nichols into The Butchers Social Supper Club
A selection of free-range chicken wings will be offered to start. This, followed by Onglet steak, coffee and onion glazed short rib of beef, wild garlic, pickled radish, confit hash brown and roast onion jus. To finish will be a Screwball bubblegum panna cotta with textures of raspberry and candy floss. Tables will feature micro-herbs along them so guests are able to help themselves throughout the event.
There will be two sittings on the evening, one at 6pm and another at 8.30pm. Tickets are set at just £50 per person for this delicious three-course meal and a gin cocktail to greet. If this takes your fancy, please book below and we look forward to seeing you on the evening!
