Harvey Nichols Birmingham is teaming up with one of the region’s leading restaurants for a one-night kitchen take-over. Butchers Social Chef Director Mike Bullard will take the reins at the luxury Mailbox store on Thursday May 3.
The Restaurant will be turned into a stylish supper club, laid out with cafeteria-style tables that will have living micro herbs along them so guests simply help themselves to throughout the evening.
There will be two sittings at 6pm and 8.30pm and the menu will feature a selection of free range chicken wings; followed by Onglet steak, coffee and onion glazed short rib of beef, wild garlic, pickled radish, confit hash brown and roast onion jus; before finishing with a Screwball bubble gum panna cotta with textures of raspberry and candy floss
